The home accommodates up to 13 guests and has three full bathrooms. Its open-concept living, dining and kitchen area includes two large sofas, additional seating, and a flat-screen television above a remote-controlled electric fireplace. The dining table seats eight, and the kitchen island seats four. The kitchen has granite countertops, a large pantry, stainless steel appliances, a double built-in wall oven, and a five-burner electric cooktop with a Brisa vented hood. A Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, dishes and utensils are also provided.

Three main-level bedrooms each have a king bed. The fourth bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed sleeping three and a queen-over-queen bunk bed sleeping four. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.

A screened porch has teak tables and chairs. The ground-level outdoor area includes a large shaded barbecue space, a charcoal grill and an outdoor shower. Additional deck space has Adirondack-style chairs and partial beach views. The home also has a balcony, air conditioning, heating, cable/satellite television, free wireless internet, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, and a private entrance. Smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher and a security camera are present.

The water’s edge is less than a five-minute walk away. Free parking, including covered parking, is available, with space expected to accommodate up to four vehicles. The minimum renter age is 25; pets are not allowed, and neighborhood quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

For bookings made 31 or more days before arrival, 30% is due at booking; within 30 days of arrival, 100% is due at booking. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable; cancellations 15–30 days before arrival receive a 50% refund; cancellations 31 or more days before arrival receive a refund of all advance payments.
