The house has waterfront views from multiple rooms and a private entrance. Downstairs, an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area has coastal-style furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. An eight-seat dining table is complemented by breakfast-bar seating. Sliding glass doors lead to a paved private patio with an outdoor dining table and lounge seating. A second living area upstairs opens onto an ocean-view balcony. TV, central cooling and heating are available.
Two upstairs bedrooms contain a king bed and a queen bed; the downstairs bedroom contains a queen bed. One bedroom has a walk-in robe. There is one modern bathroom on each level, with showers, complimentary toiletries and separate toilets, plus an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. A washing machine, hair dryer and iron are available.
