House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old to reserve and occupy the property. Maximum occupancy is six guests. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Smoking and vaping are prohibited on balconies and in all common areas; violations are subject to a $200.00 fine after one warning. All vehicles must park head-in; back-in parking and trailers are prohibited. EV charging on the premises is prohibited and is grounds for removal. Noise exceeding applicable Ocean City and Maryland limits is grounds for eviction; violations of other town noise ordinances may constitute criminal offenses.
Getting there
The condo is on the first floor on 59th Street, with the beach steps away. Parking is limited to two designated on-site spaces. Trailers and on-site EV charging are prohibited.
