Smoking and vaping are prohibited on balconies and in all common areas; violations are subject to a $200.00 fine after one warning. All vehicles must park head-in; back-in parking and trailers are prohibited. EV charging on the premises is prohibited and is grounds for removal. Noise exceeding applicable Ocean City and Maryland limits is grounds for eviction; violations of other town noise ordinances may constitute criminal offenses.
