House rules
Minimum rental age: 25. No pets, smoking or vaping. Minimum-night requirements vary by stay dates and may become more lenient for last-minute bookings. Booking payments due: 15% when booking 61 or more days before arrival; 50% when booking 31–60 days before arrival; 100% within 30 days of arrival. For cancellations 31 or more days before arrival, advance payments are refunded less a $175 taxed cancellation fee. For cancellations 15–30 days before arrival, 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee are retained. For cancellations 14 or fewer days before arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Getting there
The beach is 25 feet away across a public parking lot. Tybee Pier, restaurants and shopping are steps away. The building has an elevator but is not ADA compliant. Larger SUVs may not fit in the two parking spaces, especially during peak seasons. Neighboring restaurants sometimes offer live entertainment. Stucco repairs on beach-facing walls may cause construction activity; the published completion estimate is approximately six weeks.
