Sandbank accommodates up to 10 guests and has three full bathrooms, with horizon views of both the ocean and sound.

Level 2 has a king bedroom with a semi-private bathroom, shower/tub combination and deck access; a bedroom with two twin beds; and a bedroom with a double bed and a twin-over-twin bunk set. This level also has a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, an open den and decks. Level 3 has a queen bedroom with a semi-private bathroom and standing shower, plus the great room, kitchen, dining area and decks.

Facilities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pillows and blankets, and an iron and ironing board. The kitchen includes a blender, pod coffee maker, dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. Outdoor facilities include furniture, a charcoal grill, an outdoor shower and five beach chairs. Parking accommodates four vehicles.

Community facilities include an outdoor pool, soundside access and a dock. Community tennis is available for a fee. A Welcome Program starter kit supplies initial paper products, dish soap, a trash bag, bathroom hand soap and toilet paper; guests supply further consumables for their stay.
