The renovated home sleeps up to eight family members across three bedrooms with one queen bed each and a fourth bedroom with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, a main living area and an additional small second living room.
The main living area has split-system air conditioning and a wood fire, with Noirot heaters throughout the home. The modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator and toaster. An outdoor entertaining area has a BBQ. Laundry facilities include a washer and dryer.
Wi-Fi is included. Books, games, jigsaws, videos, DVDs, a DVD player, TV and boogie-boards are available. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two. Long-term stays are also allowed.
Bring your own linen or arrange linen hire. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. Pets and parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings, are not permitted.
