The house

The enclosed home has five ground-floor bedrooms: two king rooms, one double room, one queen room and a room with a single-over-double bunk. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Bedroom 1 has a walk-in robe, ceiling fan and en-suite with shower, toilet and vanity. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 5 also have ceiling fans; bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 have built-in robes. The other bathroom has a shower, bathtub, vanity and separate toilet.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, blender, kettle and toaster. There is a 10-seat indoor dining table and breakfast bar. The lounge has a Smart TV with Netflix and a sound bar. Wi-Fi, heating, a washer and dryer are available. Linen and beach towels are provided, and beds are made for arrival. A high chair and travel crib are available. Smoke alarms, a heat alarm and a fire extinguisher are provided.

The private swimming pool is on the deck. The fully fenced deck has a built-in BBQ, outdoor fridge, 12-seat dining area, outdoor lounge and egg chairs. A table tennis table and garden or backyard are also available. Parking includes a two-vehicle garage, free driveway parking or boat space, and free street parking. Pets are allowed but must stay off furniture and beds.

St Georges Basin and the Basin Walk trail are 500 m away, a five-minute walk. Local shops, including IGA, takeaways and a bakery, are 2 km away, a five-minute drive. St Georges Basin and Sanctuary Point boat ramps are each a five-minute drive away. Huskisson town centre is a 15-minute drive away. A country club offering dining, golf and tennis is 2 km away. Hyams Beach and Booderee National Park are about 15 minutes away.
