The villa is a sculptural dome residence with a private primary suite, glass canopy, living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, Japanese-inspired dining area, sauna, cold plunge, yoga shala, firepit lounge and access to a private 90-foot waterfall, rainforest, trails, river paths, natural springs and working farmland. The estate is off-grid, powered by solar energy and supplied by its own natural spring water.

The estate is in La Perla, Barú, high in the mountains, about 40 minutes from Dominical. The property is off-grid and has extensive terrain, including rainforest, mountain trails, river paths, natural springs and farmland. A private helipad is available as an arrival point, and the property has a side-by-side and quad for exploring the estate.

Smoking and events are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. The villa sleeps up to two guests and has a four-night minimum stay. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM. Later check-out is available upon request. Cancellations made 45 days or more before arrival receive a full refund of amounts paid, less processing fees; cancellations made less than 45 days before arrival are non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.
