The house

The first-floor apartment has a living room with a double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, TV and an equipped kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes a microwave, fridge, toaster and juicer. The living room opens onto a terrace with a dining table and chairs and views of the lake and park. The bedroom has a queen-size double bed and wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are available.

Shared facilities include a 10,000-square-metre green park, a small play area with swings and table tennis. The lake-view swimming pool has a shallow zone and an adult zone. It is open from 1 May to 30 September, and swimming caps are required. The residence has direct access to the beach and lake.

Manerba del Garda lies among the Valtenesi hills. The surrounding area offers Garda olive-oil and D.O.C. wine tastings, horse riding, local trattorias and golf courses. Rocca di Manerba Natural Park offers walks and views over Lake Garda and some of its islands. Verona Airport is a 45-minute drive from the residence.
