The house

The apartment has a living room with sofas, armchairs, television and a dining table, alongside a fully equipped gas kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, kettle and microwave. A covered porch with lake views provides an outdoor dining table and chairs.

The first bedroom has a queen-size double bed, a large wardrobe and a door leading directly to the car park. The second bedroom has two single beds and a chest of drawers. A hallway wardrobe converts into a bunk bed. The apartment has one bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available.

The residence has a 10,000-square-metre communal green park, a small play area with swings, table tennis and an on-site restaurant serving lake-region and Italian dishes. The shared lake-view pool has a shallow zone and an adult zone. Direct access leads to the beach below, and a private jetty is available for groups renting a speedboat.

Moniga del Garda and its medieval castle are a three-minute drive away. Manerba del Garda centre and Porto Dusano are four minutes away. Local restaurants and the Costaripa winery are within walking distance. Garda Golf in Soiano is a six-minute drive away; Gardaland and Caneva World are around 40 minutes by car. Verona airport is around 45 minutes by car.
