The apartment has high ceilings, wooden beams and views over the rooftops of Palermo's historic centre. Its large open-plan living area includes a sofa, dining table and a separate seating area with armchairs. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen has an American-style counter, coffee machine, boiler, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Balconies overlook an alleyway in the historic centre.

A spiral staircase leads to a mezzanine children's area with games and a bookcase. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a wardrobe on a mezzanine. Two further double bedrooms share a shower room off the corridor. One bedroom opens onto a small terrace with internal views. There are three queen-size beds in total.

Air conditioning serves only two rooms; the living room and third bedroom do not have air conditioning. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, television and hairdryer are available.

The apartment is near Via Vittorio Emanuele, restaurants, museums and churches. Palermo Falcone and Borsellino Airport is 33 km away, and Palermo Central Station is 3 km away.
