The property is rented as a private structure. One small-sized pet is allowed. The pool is seasonal and open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday in October.
Getting there
The main entrance is reached by a flight of brick steps. The two floors have direct outside access because the property is on sloping ground, and they are connected internally and by an exterior staircase. The property is 20 km from the Orvieto motorway exit and 20 km from the Attigliano motorway exit. The entrance road is asphalted. Orvieto is 24 km away, Todi 30 km, Montecchio 2 km and Corbara Lake 18 km.
