House rules
Parties, events and smoking are not permitted. Contact the team before travelling with pets. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Online ID registration, a signed digital rental agreement and payment of the tourist tax are required before receiving the access code. A payment link is sent a few days before arrival. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. Check-out is no later than 10:00.
Getting there
The apartment is on the third floor of a building with a lift. Santa Lucia train station is a half-hour walk away; Venice Marco Polo airport is less than 50 minutes away by transport. Maintenance work involves scaffolding and possible daytime noise.
