Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Online ID registration, signing the digital rental agreement and paying the tourist tax through the payment link sent a few days before arrival are required before access is provided. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor of a building with a lift. Santa Lucia train station is a half-hour walk away; Venice Marco Polo airport is less than 50 minutes away by transport. Maintenance work involves scaffolding and possible daytime noise.
