Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for more information if travelling with pets. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Access requires online ID registration, signing the digital rental agreement and paying the tourist tax through a payment link sent a few days before arrival. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40.
Getting there
Santa Lucia train station is a half-hour walk away; Venice Marco Polo airport is less than 50 minutes away by transport. Maintenance work involves scaffolding and may cause daytime noise.
