Parties, events and smoking are not permitted. Contact the team for more information if travelling with pets. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Before receiving access instructions, guests must complete online ID registration, sign the digital rental agreement and pay the tourist tax through the provided payment link. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional € 20 to € 40 charge. A cot is available on request for 35€ per stay.
Getting there
The apartment is on the ground floor, and the building has no elevator. Santa Lucia train station is a half-hour walk away. Venice Marco Polo Airport is less than 50 minutes away by transport.
