Parties, events and smoking are not permitted. Contact the local team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Online ID registration, a signed digital rental agreement and tourist-tax payment are required before access instructions are released. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. Check out no later than 10:00.
Getting there
The building has no elevator. Santa Lucia train station is a half-hour walk away; Venice Marco Polo airport is less than 50 minutes away by transport.
