Luis' Lair has coastal-themed furnishings and an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, large flat-screen television and ceiling fan. A nearby full bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa and another large flat-screen television. There is a dining table with four chairs and four bar stools at the kitchen peninsula. Two balconies provide beach views.

The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware, dishes and utensils. Linens and bath towels are provided. The condo has air conditioning, heating, cable/satellite television, an iron and ironing board, and a private entrance. The in-unit washer/dryer is not available to guests; shared building laundry is at the end of the public hallway on the same floor.

Shared resort facilities include an outdoor pool with private cabanas, a community hot tub, poolside bar, charcoal grills, fire pits, shuffleboard, a game room and an elevator. The resort also has a fitness center, tennis court, Spa San Luis and shops including Aqua, Style & Trend and Essentials. Dining options include Grotto, Blake's Bistro, Cup & Cone serving Starbucks coffee, and San Luis Bar. Room service is available. Security cameras are in common areas.

The resort is on Seawall in Galveston, across from the beach, with beach access and Gulf, ocean and resort views.

For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable; 15–30 days before arrival, a 50% refund is provided; 31 or more days before arrival, all advance payments are refunded.
