Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The arrival window starts at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional €20–€40 charge. Check out no later than 10:00. A cot is available on request for 35€ per stay. A tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount determined by local regulations; reservation-specific information is available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
Getting there
The apartment is on the ground floor of a building without an elevator. Venice Santa Lucia train station is approximately 1.5 km away. Renovation and repainting work involves scaffolding and may cause noise.
