The property is near Cetona. The access road is paved up to the gate, followed by 400 m of dirt road in good condition. Cetona is 3 km away; Chiusi Scalo railway station is 13 km away; the A1 Chiusi–Chianciano Terme exit is 13 km away. Listed beaches include Giannella at 112 km, Feniglia at 113 km, Argentario at 126 km, Marina di Grosseto at 127 km, and Castiglione della Pescaia at 130 km.
