House rules
Saturday check-in and Saturday checkout. Up to two dogs are allowed, with no weight limit; cats are not allowed. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken and are not permitted in pools or hot tubs. No smoking is marked as new in 2027.
Getting there
The home is oceanside in Pine Island, with beach access via Pine Island Beach Access 3. Parking is limited to six vehicles.
