The top-level great room has a living area, a well-equipped kitchen and an indoor dining area, with additional dining on the deck. The top-level ensuite bedroom has a king bed, deck access and a private bathroom with a standing shower, double sinks and a whirlpool tub. A half bathroom sits between the top and middle levels. The middle level has a media room with a queen sleeper sofa, a king ensuite bedroom with a shower/tub combination and access to the screened porch, and two additional bedrooms with deck access: one with a queen bed and one with a double-over-double bunk set. A separate full bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The ground level has two ensuite bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed, each with a standing shower and deck access. The recreation room has a pool table, air hockey and a kitchenette with a wet bar. A laundry room and another half bathroom are also on this level. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker and pod coffee maker. Central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, and an iron and ironing board are provided. Outdoor facilities include furnished decks, a screened porch, gas grill, outdoor shower, basketball hoop and volleyball. Five beach chairs are provided.
