House rules
No smoking. Up to two dogs are permitted with no weight limit; one additional pet is allowed for $100 plus tax per week. Cats are not allowed. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken and must not enter the pool or hot tub. Saturday check-in and check-out. Optional early check-in at 1:00 pm costs $195 plus tax, is limited in quantity and must be confirmed after booking. The welcome supplies are a starter quantity only; guests are responsible for additional paper products, trash bags and soaps.
Getting there
Accessible by four-wheel drive only, approximately 9.5 miles up the beach. The home is oceanfront in Carova Beach, with beach access over the dune from the pool area via a private walkway without steps. Beach walkway conditions can change with weather, erosion and sand migration. Carova Beach has no roads, restaurants or shops. Parking is limited to five vehicles.
