# Salty Sea Era Carova Beach, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house The top floor has an ocean-facing great room with a furnished living area, a seasonal gas fireplace, an equipped kitchen and a dining area. Counter seating and outdoor deck dining provide additional places to gather. The oceanfront deck has ocean and sunrise views, with sunset views on the opposite side. Wild horses roam the surrounding area. Three bedrooms have private bathrooms and deck access: a king ensuite on Level 3, and king and queen ensuites on Level 2. Each ensuite has a standing shower. Level 2 also has a bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk sets, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a shared full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. A half bathroom is on Level 3. The Level 2 den opens onto the covered deck and has a nearby wet bar and wine cooler; laundry is also on this level. The bathroom total comprises four full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Outside are a private outdoor pool, hot tub, gas grill, outdoor shower and furnished decks. Upper and lower decks have self-closing gates. A private beach walkway without steps leads over the dune from the pool area to the beach. Five beach chairs are provided. Central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite and streaming TV, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, and a washer and dryer are provided. The kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, a blender, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. The home uses a private well. A welcome starter kit provides limited initial supplies of paper products, soap and trash bags; guests supply additional consumables for their stay. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31 in 2027.
