The house

The home has an open layout, natural lighting, wood trim accents, and new furniture and mattresses. Ocean and Twin Rocks views are visible from inside and outside. Bedroom 1 has a king bed; Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a twin bed; Bedroom 3 has a double bed and two twin beds. There are two bathrooms.

A private path leads to miles of beach just steps away. Outside, a large firepit is surrounded by chairs. Beach toys, a cooler and beach chairs are provided, and there is a Ping-Pong table for indoor recreation. Bathroom and linen supplies include a bathtub, hot water, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer, towels and bed linens. A dryer is available in a common space.

Onsite parking accommodates five or more cars, with room for a boat or gear trailer. Downtown Rockaway Beach is a short stroll away, with dining, shopping, groceries and coffee shops. The surrounding area offers hiking, fishing and crabbing. The home does not have air-conditioning. Pets are welcome with a pet fee.
