Check-out guests must leave by 11:00. Strictly no events are allowed. Outside guests are not allowed. Valuables should be locked in the safety deposit box. Commercial photography and filming are allowed subject to terms and conditions. Additional guests may be possible with prior arrangement. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request and subject to availability.

The villa is set directly on Amed Beach and has beachfront access.
