## About the house

Guests have use of the full apartment, with an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, a bedroom and a shower room. The living area has a large flat-screen TV, sofa and log burner. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, with a dining table and leather chairs by the window.

The bedroom has a super king-size bed, two wardrobes, a chest of drawers and bed linen, with space for a cot. The sitting-room sleeper sofa converts into a 5ft king-size bed with a 5-inch mattress; four pillows and a duvet cover are kept at the property. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC and basin.

The apartment is in the heart of Saltburn, a short walk from the beach, lower promenade and railway station. The promenade has a cliff lift and a 208-metre pier. Valley Gardens and the Cleveland Way provide local walking opportunities. Staithes, Whitby, Middlesbrough and the North Yorkshire Moors are within 30 minutes' drive. Saltburn station serves Longbeck, Redcar, Middlesbrough and Darlington, with onward rail connections. Local bus services include Arriva North East coastal routes and Moorsbus routes.

A parking permit is provided for one vehicle in designated bays, without a guaranteed space. One well-behaved dog is welcome per reservation. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Guests must choose between a damage deposit with an administration charge and an accidental damage waiver.

Parking: Yes · Free on-street parking is available nearby and throughout Saltburn. From July 2026, Marine Parade has parking restrictions; check signs and road markings. A permit is provided for one vehicle in designated parking bays, but a space is not guaranteed. The permit must be left on departure or a charge applies.

Pets allowed: Yes · One well-behaved dog is welcome per reservation.

The beach and lower promenade are a short walk away, as is Saltburn Train Station. Staithes, Whitby, Middlesbrough and the North Yorkshire Moors are within 30 minutes' drive. Parking spaces are not guaranteed, and Marine Parade restrictions apply from July 2026.

Maximum occupancy is two guests. One well-behaved dog is welcome per reservation. All guests must either transfer a £250.00 damage deposit, subject to a £10.00 administration charge, or purchase a £25.00 Accidental Damage Waiver covering up to £500.00 of accidental damage during the stay. Leave the parking permit at the property on departure; failure to do so incurs a charge.
