## About the house

The home has two living areas and a game room with a pool table. The main living room includes a large sectional and a 75-inch smart TV; the second living area has a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat and 65-inch smart TV.

The kitchen has granite countertops, a farmhouse sink, stainless steel appliances and a Breville espresso machine. The adjacent dining table seats eight. A washer and dryer are available in the common space; towels, bed linens, a hair dryer, hangers and an iron are provided.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, 55-inch smart TV, direct lanai access and a private ensuite with a double vanity, jetted soaking tub and tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom. The other two queen bedrooms share a full bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space, within the eight-guest maximum.

The screened lanai has cushioned seating, three pool loungers and an outdoor dining table for four. A gas grill is available. The saltwater pool is six feet deep and cannot be heated; water temperatures vary with weather and outdoor conditions. The private dock accommodates boats up to 24 feet and provides access to surrounding waterways and Gulf outings. Guests may bring a boat or rent one locally.

Nearby outings include downtown Cape Coral's restaurants, shops and entertainment, Sun Splash Family Waterpark, Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve and Fort Myers Beach.

Cancellations 30 or more days before check-in receive a full refund less the booking fee; cancellations within 30 days receive no refund.
