The open-plan interior has ocean-facing windows, a living room with a sleep sofa and TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The private patio has two outdoor dining tables, sunrise and ocean views, and views over the boardwalk and pool. BBQ grills are available on the grounds.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, patio access, a TV and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds, a TV and an ensuite bathroom; Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, a TV and an ensuite bathroom. Bedding and towels are provided, with linens available for additional sleeping arrangements.

The condo has air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and keypad self-check-in. An open onsite parking lot accommodates a maximum of 3–4 cars; there is no garage.

A boardwalk provides direct access to the beach. The property is not accessible by golf cart; golf carts cannot be delivered or rented at the property. Onsite open-lot parking accommodates a maximum of 3–4 cars, with no garage. Construction or community improvement activity may be audible or visible during a stay. Coyotes roam local parking lots, streets and beaches, and mosquitoes occur seasonally; bring repellent.

The booking guest must be at least 21 years old. Maximum occupancy is eight guests, including infants and babies. Pets are prohibited; unauthorized pets may incur a fine. This is a smoke-free home: violations incur a $500 cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
