The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. No additional persons beyond the maximum occupancy of six are permitted. Pets and smoking are prohibited. Events are prohibited; events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating groups require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage. One end-of-stay cleaning is included. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest’s expense. Reservations require approval before confirmation.
