Level 1 contains a recreation room with a pool table and a half bathroom. Level 2 has two queen ensuite bedrooms with standing showers and deck access, a queen bedroom with deck access, and a bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk sets. The latter two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Laundry facilities are also on Level 2. Level 3 has a king ensuite bedroom with a standing shower and deck access, a half bathroom, a great room, a kitchen and a dining room. Facilities include an elevator, hot tub, private outdoor pool, gas grill, outdoor shower, wet bar, cable TV, Wi-Fi and central heating and air conditioning. The kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, a blender, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and toaster; a pod coffee maker is listed as new for 2027. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs are provided. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31 in 2027. An adjacent community walking and biking path connects with the surrounding Corolla Light neighborhood. Corolla Light Town Center is nearby. Community facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a recreation center, gym, indoor courts, basketball courts, horseshoes, shuffleboard, a trolley, parking and beach access.
