House rules
All occupants must provide photo ID and address proof before arrival, including front and back of an Aadhaar card, driving licence, passport or voter ID. No smoking indoors; a separate smoking zone is available. No loud music after 21:00. No parties, events or decorations. Avoid stains or damage to the interiors. Rule violations incur penalties.
Getting there
The apartment is next to Pashan Hills, with cafés, shops and essentials nearby. Couples are welcome provided both guests are aged 21 or older.
