House rules

The minimum rental period is one month. For stays of 30 days or longer, an extra fee of 80€ applies to cover additional domestic-service charges, including water, electricity and gas, in cases of non-responsible use. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected at reservation, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Go directly to the apartment and contact the team upon arrival for check-in and access arrangements.

The apartment is on the third floor; the building has a lift.
