The duplex unit shares one wall and has two bedrooms, three beds and one bathroom. A full kitchen and a comfortable living area with a large flatscreen TV provide space for cooking and streaming movies and shows. Free Wi-Fi is available, and dogs are welcome with authorization in the reservation.

Beach access at Don Davis Park is a few blocks away. Shops, restaurants, art galleries and boutiques are within easy walking distance. The Oregon Coast Aquarium and Newport Bayfront are a short drive south; Yaquina Head Outstanding Natural Area and Yaquina Head Lighthouse are to the north.

The duplex unit shares one wall. Beach access at Don Davis Park is a few blocks away. Nearby shops, restaurants, galleries and boutiques are within easy walking distance; the Oregon Coast Aquarium and Newport Bayfront are a short drive south.

The responsible renter must be at least 25, unless a different minimum applies under unit-specific terms or law, provide proof of age on request and stay throughout the rental. Guests below the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Occupancy must not exceed the reservation count or the six-guest maximum. Stays are temporary only, not permanent residence.

Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–8 a.m. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the property, including outdoor areas. Dogs must be authorized in the reservation. Bona fide service animals are permitted as required by law; emotional support animals require pet authorization. Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, tents and other structures require Avari’s written permission; additional fees may apply. Charcoal grills and illegal activity, including unlawful internet downloads, are prohibited. Adults must supervise minors. Follow parking rules and lock doors and windows when away.

Subject to booking-channel terms, applicable charges include damage or loss; up to $1,000 for pet-policy violations; up to $500 for additional cleaning, or actual cost if greater, for violations or excessive mess; and agency, utility or HOA fines plus related damages. Late departure may incur a fee up to one night’s rental. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge. Rule violations may terminate the stay without refund.

Report maintenance, housekeeping or safety issues promptly and allow reasonable time for repair. Property entry may occur with reasonable notice or immediately in an emergency. The booking channel’s cancellation policy applies. Unit-specific terms override these general terms; conflicting booking-channel terms control.
