House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to 18 years old are not accepted. Pets under 10 kg are allowed, except animals considered dangerous. The plot is partially fenced. Do not use domestic electrical sockets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging point. Bed linen and towels are not provided and can be ordered for an additional charge. Optional linen is supplied for the stay without renewal; mid-stay cleaning is not provided. Tourist tax is payable in advance. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is taken by card pre-authorisation as security. A concierge service fee of 10% of the booking applies. Optional charges: kitchen towels €2 per booking; a towel set (one small and one large towel) €7 per booking; double-bed linen €15 per bed; single-bed linen €12 per bed; end-of-stay cleaning €80 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking.
Getting there
Le Bouil beach is 1.9 km away and Belesbat beach is 2 km away. The Vélodyssée route is 200 m away. The entrance is not stated to be step-free.
