House rules
No smoking except on open terraces. August 15 through October 15 is the annual approved maintenance period, when scheduled maintenance or renovation work may cause occasional noise or minor disruption.
Getting there
The property is beachfront, with calm waters just steps from the condo. Beach accessibility varies seasonally. The condo is in Battaleys, just minutes from Speightstown; Holetown is also within easy reach.
