House rules
No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide arrival time and relevant travel details and arrange key handover. Low-season check-in and check-out times may be flexible by arrangement. Household linen is optional; ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the stay with no replacement, and housekeeping during the stay is not provided. Mandatory concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Refundable security deposit: €800 per booking, taken as a credit-card pre-authorisation with the final payment. Optional services: cancellation insurance 5.5% of the booking; kitchen cloths €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €15 per booking; single-bed linen €12 per booking; final cleaning €60 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Tourist tax is stated as payable before the stay; the taxes section also says it is included in the total price, so confirm the applicable treatment.

Demoiselles sandy beach is 350 m away; des Salins Beach is 1.9 km away. Distances are stated without a travel mode. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. It has no dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; do not use domestic sockets for charging. A dedicated charging point is recommended.
