Three bedrooms are upstairs and one is on the main floor. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and full ensuite bathroom; Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and television; Bedroom 3 has two double/full beds; Bedroom 4 has two twin/single beds. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and closets. Outdoor spaces include a back deck, patio, screened-in porch, outdoor shower, lounge furniture, grill and dining table seating ten. The private outdoor pool is heated and is not fenced. A Sunlighten sauna, fitness room with weight-training equipment, treadmill and yoga mat, game room, ping-pong table and Sonos speaker system are available. If cancellation dates are reopened at the owner's discretion and rebooked for the original dates at the same or higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after the replacement booking is paid in full. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use their original dates if payments comply with the booking schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; larger payments must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property includes up to $25,000 of damage protection, subject to the booking agreement.
