Hardwood floors run through the living spaces, which include a formal living room with a usable fireplace, a formal dining area and a separate den with a flat-screen TV. The equipped kitchen has an island, stone counters and stainless-steel Viking appliances, along with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, cookware and tableware. French doors lead to a covered deck with a pergola and outdoor dining table. The grounds include a large fenced backyard, a heated private outdoor pool with a surrounding fence, four lounge chairs, patio furniture, a grill and a hot-and-cold outdoor shower. Bicycles, beach chairs and a cooler are available. All four bedrooms are on the second floor and have air conditioning. The primary bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite shower bathroom, cable TV and a walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has two queen beds; Bedroom 3 has one queen bed; Bedroom 4 has one double/full bed. Each of these three bedrooms has a standard closet. Bed linens, bath towels, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, heating, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly workspace are provided. Nearby beaches include Sagg Main Beach, Gibson Beach and Peters Pond Beach. Nearby destinations include Wolffer Winery and its farmstand wine store. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited. Reservations involving events, commercial activities, rotating guest groups or other non-traditional uses require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. Reservations require approval before confirmation. One dog of 15 lbs or less is permitted for an additional $500.00 per booking; larger dogs, multiple dogs and other pets require express approval. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $100.00 per night of the reservation. One end-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about pool availability and outdoor furniture and equipment. The owner may show the home to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule reasonable daytime hours. ## Property questions ## What is the cancellation and refund policy? Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, Marquis will make best efforts to work with the owner to reopen the dates, at the owner's discretion. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation is collected. If the dates are not rebooked, you may use the original reservation provided payments follow the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation starts. ## Is a security deposit required? In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 of damage protection, with coverage details in the booking agreement. Special-use reservations may require an increased security deposit. ## Who handles the stay? The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation, including preparation, arrival coordination and maintenance.
