Event-related reservations, commercial activities, rotating guest groups and other non-traditional uses require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees and/or an increased security deposit. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage. One end-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If the owner agrees to reopen cancelled dates and the property is rebooked for the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a 20% penalty on the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation. If it is not rebooked, guests may use their original dates provided scheduled payments are made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection, subject to the booking agreement.
