# Sag Harbor Supreme Sag Harbor, NY, United States (general area) ## About the house This approximately 5,000-square-foot home accommodates up to 18 guests near Sag Harbor village. Its bright, open layout includes multiple sitting and dining areas, a living room with a fireplace, an island kitchen with a coffee maker and microwave, a dedicated work-from-home space, and a finished lower level with a mini air hockey table, foosball table and pool table. Heating, central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, fitness equipment, a washer and dryer, and an iron and ironing board are available. Four bedrooms are on the first/main floor and five are on the second floor. Eight bedrooms have a king bed and one has two twin/single beds. All nine bedrooms have air conditioning, a full ensuite bathroom, a TV and a closet. Bedrooms 1, 4 and 6 also have a balcony or deck. The house has ten full bathrooms and one half bathroom: four full bathrooms and the half bathroom are on the main floor, five full bathrooms are upstairs, and one full bathroom is on the lower level. Four full bathrooms have shower/tub combinations; the others have showers. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided. Outdoor facilities include a private heated, fenced pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball court, a sand area for badminton, an outdoor shower and a large unfenced yard. The deck has a dining table, gas barbecue and fire pit, with additional outdoor sitting areas and free parking. Guests must bring their own rackets and balls for tennis and pickleball. Pool and outdoor-equipment access is seasonal. Bring your own rackets and balls for tennis and pickleball. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $210.00 per night of the reservation. One light cleaning per eight nights booked and one end-of-stay cleaning are included; additional requested cleanings are at the guest's expense. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 of damage protection, subject to the booking agreement. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If a cancellation is successfully rebooked for the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after the replacement reservation is paid in full. Reopening dates is at the owner's discretion. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use their original dates provided scheduled payments have been made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments over $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire.
