# Sag Harbor Seclusion Sag Harbor, NY, United States (general area) ## About the house The approximately 2,700-square-foot home accommodates up to eight guests, with four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a half bathroom. Open living areas have hardwood floors and a wood-burning fireplace. A dedicated workspace and a fitness area with weight-training equipment and a stretching/yoga mat support work and exercise during a stay. The kitchen has a center island with breakfast-bar seating and access to the rear deck, plus a stove, oven, refrigerator, wine fridge, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso and other coffee equipment, toaster, blender, cookware and tableware. The upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed, private balcony access and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. A second king bedroom is upstairs; two queen bedrooms and an enclosed additional sleeping space with a sofa bed are on the main floor. The fenced backyard includes a private heated saltwater pool, six lounge chairs, patio furniture, outdoor dining, a gas grill, gas fire pit, ping-pong table and hot-and-cold outdoor shower. A communal tennis court, rackets and balls, two adult bicycles, four beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler are available. Indoor amenities include central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, smart television, a Bluetooth speaker/stereo system, washer and dryer. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided. The home is across the street from Stock Farm preserve, near Noyac Bay and minutes from Sag Harbor Village. Nearby beaches include Foster Memorial Town Beach, Sagg Main Beach and Ocean Road Beach. StayMarquis manages the guest experience, with a dedicated Guest Experience Manager and 24/7 support; grocery shopping and private-chef arrangements can be facilitated. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, confirm availability of outdoor furniture and equipment before booking; seasonal cleaning and updates typically occur in late April or early May. Maximum occupancy is eight; no additional guests beyond that limit are permitted. The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Smoking is not permitted. Events are prohibited. Any proposed events, commercial activities, rotating guest groups or other non-traditional uses require prior written approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. One dog of 20 lbs or less is permitted for an additional $350.00 per night. Larger dogs, multiple dogs and all other pets require express approval. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $110.00 per night of the reservation. One light cleaning per eight nights booked and one end-of-stay cleaning are included; additional cleanings are available at the guest's expense. A separate booking agreement must be signed by both parties before the reservation is confirmed. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection, subject to the booking agreement's coverage details. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. Following cancellation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner to reopen the dates, at the owner's discretion. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a 20% penalty on the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement booking is collected. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use their original dates if payments comply with the booking schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. The owner may show the home to prospective renters or buyers. Advance notice and reasonable daytime scheduling will be sought. ## Property questions ## Is the pool fenced? Yes.
