Two main-floor bedrooms each have a queen bed, air conditioning and a closet. The other bathrooms have a shower, with a tub in one of them. The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. Smoking is not allowed. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Additional persons and events are prohibited without express approval. Events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating groups during one stay require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $85.00 per reservation night. One end-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If the owner agrees to reopen canceled dates and Marquis rebooks the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation. If no replacement reservation is made, the original dates may still be used provided scheduled payments have been made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments over $3,500 must be by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection, subject to the booking agreement.
