Its landscaped backyard has a private heated pool, a sundeck with chaise loungers, a charcoal barbecue, an outdoor dining table and a lounge area with a sofa and chairs. An open-plan living room with a sectional sofa connects to the dining area and chef's kitchen. The kitchen includes appliances, cookware and generous counter space. Sliding glass doors connect the living room to the back deck. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Smoking is not allowed. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Additional guests and events are prohibited without express approval. Events, commercial activities and other non-traditional uses, including rotating guest groups during a stay, require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees and/or an increased security deposit.
