The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided. Fitness equipment and a TV are also available. The four bedrooms comprise one king bedroom and one queen bedroom on the second floor, one queen bedroom on the main floor and one queen bedroom on the lower level. All four have air conditioning; the second-floor bedrooms and lower-level bedroom have full ensuite bathrooms. The king bedroom also has a walk-in closet and balcony/deck. A fourth full bathroom is on the main floor.
