The main house has seven air-conditioned bedrooms across the main floor, second floor and lower level, with eight full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Four bedrooms have king beds, two have queen beds, and the lower-level bedroom has two double/full beds. All bedrooms have ensuite bathroom access; the lower-level bathroom is Jack and Jill. The primary bedroom and Bedroom 4 have balconies or decks, and Bedrooms 1, 2 and 6 have streaming TVs. The open, flowing living spaces include comfortable seating, a wood-burning fireplace, dining space and a kitchen with a microwave. Outdoor facilities include multiple seating areas, a patio, a gas grill, a private heated pool and a hot tub. Recreation includes communal tennis courts, a ping-pong table, a pool table and gym equipment. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. After cancellation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner to reopen and rebook the dates; reopening is the owner's decision. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the new reservation is collected. If no replacement booking is made, guests may use their original dates if payments follow the agreed schedule and Marquis is notified in writing at least 72 hours before the reservation starts. ## Is a security deposit required? In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection. Coverage details are in the booking agreement. Approved special uses may require an increased security deposit. ## How can balance payments be made? Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500.
