The house

Set on just under an acre, this renovated cottage has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, oversized windows and skylights. There are two living areas, a separate formal dining area, a media room and a game area. The equipped kitchen includes premium appliances, wine storage, gas cooking, a large island and a bar top. The family room has a sofa and large TV.

The four bedrooms contain three queen beds and one king bed, with air conditioning in each bedroom. The primary suite has a marble soaking tub and walk-in shower. Bed linens, bath towels, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, a washer and dryer, heating and hot water are provided.

Outside are landscaped grounds, an expansive patio, an outdoor grill and a garage converted into a cabana. The private gunite pool is heated and fenced. Bicycles, kayaks and paddle boards are available for guest use. Water is 100 paces from the front door, and the villages of Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton are minutes away.
