The house

The cottage has an open layout with multiple sitting and dining areas, a living-room fireplace and an island kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware and dishes. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a designated workspace, a washer and dryer, linens and towels are provided.

Both bedrooms are on the first/main floor and have one queen bed and air conditioning. Bedroom 1 has a full ensuite bathroom. Both full bathrooms have showers.

Outside are an uncovered patio with seating and lounge chairs, a fenced backyard, a hot-and-cold outdoor shower and kayaks/canoe equipment. The cottage is on a private block near Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton and Water Mill, with Noyack Bay a short walk away. The estimated floor area is 1,000 square feet.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking through the Elite program. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, ask before booking whether outdoor furniture and equipment will be available; spring cleaning and updates typically take place in late April or early May.
