All three bedrooms are on the first/main floor and have air conditioning. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed; the third has two twin/single beds. The first bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Both full bathrooms have showers. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. The outdoor space has views of greenery and the bay, a furnished patio and a gas grill. Events are prohibited; any proposed events, commercial activities or other non-traditional uses, including rotating groups during one stay, require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. One dog weighing 25 lbs or less is permitted for $25.00 per night. Dogs over 25 lbs, multiple dogs and other pets require express approval; please inquire. If the property is not rebooked, guests may use their original dates provided scheduled payments have been made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation starts. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments over $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property includes up to $25,000 of damage protection, with coverage details in the booking agreement.
